Produced as part of the comic strip class taught by Jimmy Beaulieu at the Cégep du Vieux-Montréal, Chat noir is a short story aimed at raising awareness about depression and showing those concerned that it is possible to get through this great inner distress despite everything. It was published in Vestibules, the comic book magazine of the Cégep du Vieux Montréal.
